Job title : Store Manager (STM)

Location : Jalan Jalan Japan Store (Klang Valley)
Salary package : RM4,500 – RM-5,000

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years experience as Store Manager in retail

Experience in multi-category retail (apparel, household, reuse, etc.)

Ability to manage and develop a team of 10+ staff

 

Key Responsibilities:

Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets, improve store performance through layout, merchandising, and stock control, and monitor KPIs such as sales, productivity, and stock movement

Execute and improve daily store operations, optimize sales floor layout, and ensure fast stock turnover and strong product presentation

Lead, train, and develop store staff, build a stable team with clear roles, and reduce staff turnover

Identify store performance issues, implement improvements, and work closely with the Area Manager on strategy execution


Job title : Assistant Manager (ASM)

Location : HQ, Port Klang
Salary package : RM3,000

Requirements :

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Preferably Chinese-speaking candidate

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement stock control policies and procedures to improve inventory management processes

Monitor inventory levels, turnover rates, and aging stock to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts, and take corrective actions for discrepancies

Maintain accurate inventory records including stock movements and adjustments

Train and supervise stock control staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Forecast demand for raw materials and finished goods, and support production and delivery planning

Prepare regular reports and provide data insights for business decision-making

Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
